The floor plan we used to build our own home! Approximately 2,370 heated sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, dedicated office, open kitchen/dining/living area, walk-in pantry, split-bedroom layout, spacious primary suite, oversized primary closet, laundry connected to the primary closet, minimal hallway space, wide doorways, and a large covered front porch.

You’ll receive a high-resolution PDF with room dimensions, plus an alternate version showing larger porches, two-car parking and workshop configuration.

Please note: This is a floor-plan/layout PDF, not a complete set of construction documents. Exterior elevations, foundation, framing, structural, engineering, mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans are not included.
